We have a place of business and all manufacturing premises in North Bohemian Vejprty in Ore Mountains. Our grounds are situated on 10,250 m2, of which 6,000 m2 occupies an operating area. With a gradual increase in production is also associated extension of premises, in which we work. Recently, we newly reconstructed two other buildings with the total operating area of 1,000 m2. … But at the same time, we honour the past! Up to now, we reconstructed all company buildings with an emphasis on preserving the original character of the buildings.
We extended gradually the original focus on structures of furniture systems (chairs, armchairs, beds or school furniture) by: structures of seating systems for means of transport (railway as well as road), elements of automotive seating systems, structures of agricultural machines (harvesting machines, mowing machines), semi-finished products for hydraulic and pneumatic distributions of an automotive industry or construction of machines and hand tools.
We have a stable team of approximately 50 employees. In 2002 we implemented the quality management system according to ISO 9001, that in 2010, we extended by the quality assurance system at welding according to ISO 3834-2 and the environmental management system according to ISO 14001. All areas of our manufacturing are checked regularly not only on the part of the certification body, but also by a team of internal auditors. In addition, a supervision over the whole system as well as its individual processes is put into practice also on the part of the customers – within the scope of the periodic customer audits.
