Thanks to our process area, we have technologies for the total manufacturing process from A to Z at our disposal. We have automatic indexing lines, bending machines, manual and robotic aggregates, eccentric presses as well as a powder coating plant at our disposal. In order to guarantee customers the highest quality of the supplied products, in 2002 we implemented a quality management system according to ISO 9001, that in 2010, we extended by a quality assurance system at welding according to ISO 3834-2 and an environmental management system according to ISO 14001. HISTORY OF OUR COMPANY
The history of our company dates back to 1990. We extended gradually the original focus on structures of furniture systems (chairs, armchairs, beds or school furniture) by: structures of seating systems for means of transport (railway as well as road), elements of automotive seating systems, structures of agricultural machines (harvesting machines, mowing machines), semi-finished products for hydraulic and pneumatic distributions.About the company >>

Within the scope of the regular audit, the certification authority assessed and proved the fulfilment the QMS requirements according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016, supplemented with the welding quality management system in accordance with the ČSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006. Similarly, the environmental management system was also reviewed and fulfilment of the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016 was confirmed. SETJA s.r.o. was awarded the given certificates based on the audit results
SETJA s.r.o. has expanded its production capacity by acquiring additional new welding technology. This is a robotic workplace with a six-axis Fanuc robot and a Migatronic welding power supply. Furthermore, new technology for quality control and very precise measurement of individual components and weldments was acquired. This is an additional 3D measuring arm with a laser scanner.
SETJA s.r.o., in order to meet new customer requirements for the expansion of production capacity and the addition of new technologies, has acquired two new plots of land that will be used for the construction of a property in the form of a modular hall.
The aim of the project is to acquire and process information about production processes, logistics and measurements in real time. This was achieved by the acquisition of measurement technology and a comprehensive upgrade of the data network. As a result, SETJA's production operations are more efficient.
