SETJA s.r.o. has expanded its technological capabilities through an investment in state-of-the-art equipment.

The company has commissioned a TRUMPF TRULASER CELL 5030 3D laser cutting machine, complemented by a TRUMPF TRUBEND 7050 press brake. To further enhance production capacity, a new PEDRAZZOLI BEND MASTER 90 MRV IMS bending machine has also been integrated into production.

This investment in advanced technologies enables the company to further improve efficiency, precision, and production flexibility — in full alignment with the needs and expectations of our customers.

Die SETJA s.r.o. hat ihre technologischen Möglichkeiten durch Investitionen in modernste Anlagen erweitert.

In Betrieb genommen wurde eine 3D-Laserschneidanlage TRUMPF TRULASER CELL 5030, ergänzt durch eine Abkantpresse TRUMPF TRUBEND 7050. Zur Erweiterung der Produktionskapazitäten wurde zudem eine neue Rohrbiegemaschine PEDRAZZOLI BEND MASTER 90 MRV IMS in die Fertigung integriert.

Durch diese Investitionen in fortschrittliche Technologien kann das Unternehmen seine Effizienz, Präzision und Fertigungsvielfalt weiter steigern – im Einklang mit den Anforderungen und Erwartungen unserer Kunden.

Společnost SETJA s.r.o. rozšířila své technologické možnosti investicí do pořízení 3D laserového řezacího stroje TRUMPF TRULASER CELL 5030, doplněného o ohraňovací lis TRUMPF TRUBEND 7050. Pro rozšíření výrobních kapacit, byl zařazen do výroby nový ohýbací stroj PEDRAZZOLI BEND MASTER 90 MRV IMS. Investice do těchto pokročilým technologiím umožní společnosti další zvyšování efektivity, přesnosti a variability výroby, v souladu s požadavky našich zákazníků.

Die Gesellschaft SETJA s.r.o. hat die Zertifikate QMS und EMS verteidigt

Im Rahmen des regelmäßigen wiederholten Audits wurde von der Zertifizierungsstelle die Erfüllung der Normen ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 im Bereich des QMS, gemeinsam mit dem System der Qualitätssicherung beim Schweißen nach Maßgabe der Norm ČSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006 geprüft und bestätigt. Genauso wurde auch das Umweltschutzmanagement geprüft und es wurde die Erfüllung der Anforderungen der Norm ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005 festgestellt. Auf Grund der Auditergebnissen wurden der Gesellschaft SETJA s.r.o. die Zertifikate erteilt.

Bekanntmachung zur Anschaffung neuer Technologien

Die Firma SETJA s.r.o. hat ihre Produktionskapazität durch den Erwerb einer weiteren neuen Schweißtechnologie erweitert. Es handelt sich um einen robotisierten Arbeitsplatz mit einem sechsachsigen Fanuc-Roboter und einer Migatronic-Schweißquelle. Darüber hinaus wurde eine neue Technologie für die Qualitätskontrolle und die hochpräzise Vermessung von Einzelteilen und Schweißnähten angeschafft. Dies ist ein zusätzlicher 3D-Messarm mit Laserscanner.

Um den neuen Kundenanforderungen nach Erweiterung der Produktionskapazitäten und neuen Technologien gerecht zu werden, hat SETJA s.r.o. zwei neue Grundstücke erworben, die für den Bau einer modularen Halle genutzt werden sollen.

Within the scope of the regular audit, the certification authority assessed and proved the fulfilment the QMS requirements according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016, supplemented with the welding quality management system in accordance with the ČSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006. Similarly, the environmental management system was also reviewed and fulfilment of the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016 was confirmed. Notice of intent to build a new hall SETJA s.r.o.

SETJA s.r.o., in order to meet new customer requirements for the expansion of production capacity and the addition of new technologies, has acquired two new plots of land that will be used for the construction of a property in the form of a modular hall.

Firma SETJA s.r.o. obhájila certifikáty QMS a EMS

V rámci pravidelného opakovacího auditu bylo certifikační společností přezkoumáno a prokázáno splnění požadavků norem ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 v oblasti QMS, rozšířené o systém zabezpečení kvality při svařování v souladu s normou ČSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006. Stejně tak byl přezkoumán systém enviromentálního managementu a prokázáno splnění požadavků normy ČSN EN ISO 14001:2016. Na základě výsledků auditu byly společnosti SETJA s.r.o. uděleny certifikáty

Společnost SETJA s.r.o. v zájmu uspokojování nových zákaznických požadavků na rozšíření výrobních kapacit a doplnění nových technologií pořídila nové dva pozemky, které budou využity pro výstavbu nemovitosti v podobě modulární haly.
